Located in the Chicagoland area, RB Tools USA was founded by Ronie Baumgarten. It is the first company specialized in the development and making of seal bars used in the production of stand-up pouch packages.

Ronie Baumgarten has 15 years of experience in production management and development of pre-made pouch. Also, he has 8 years of working with pre-made filling machines. From the simplest operations, such as solids, until more complex packages, like retortable for pet food and vegetables, he has developed over 200 different patterns and has installed over 20 filling machines.

His focus has always been on creating innovative packages. Developing them according to the synergy between shape, material, production, filling and final usage of the pouch has been his goal. After realizing this harmony, he identified the importance of choosing the right design of the package and the quality of the tools used during the process to create a successful project. That is how he created RB Tools USA.

We have a new factory, equipped with 100% American machinery of the latest technologies. Our mission is to develop and deliver standard and personalized seal bars in less than 7 consecutive days, with high quality and at a competitive price.

We created the development flow for personalized tools to optimize and speed up the manufacturing process of specific packagings. As a result, our client can maximize the potential of his package manufacturer equipment and catalyze a product portfolio growth, offering more options to the final consumers.
